Permissions and presets
This page lists the permissions of oneGRID and the presets available when adding or editing a user. Use it when deciding what a user should be allowed to do — see Manage users.
oneGRID controls access per permission, not per fixed role. A preset is a convenient bundle of permissions; after applying one you can still adjust individual permissions with Custom.
Presets
The following presets are available:

| Administrator | All permissions, including user and IoT administration |
| Supervisor | All permissions except User Administration, IoT Administration, and Demonstration |
| System Setup | IoT Dashboard, Management, General settings, Process configuration |
| Operator | Picker, Put Wall, PickCart, ISAC (each for all storages), and Inbound and Outbound Tasks |
| IoT Administrator | IoT Administration and IoT Dashboard |
| IoT Operator | IoT Dashboard only |
| Custom | Any hand-picked combination of permissions |
Permissions
Administrative and configuration permissions:

| Management | Access the Management page: storages, containers, assets definition |
| General settings | Change the system-wide general settings |
| Process configuration | Link carts to workstations — see Process configuration |
| Work Orders And Items | Manage work orders and items |
| Work Order Abandon | Abandon work orders |
| Work Order Assignment Change | Change work order assignments |
| Storage Change | Switch the active storage |
| Export Data | Export warehouse data, such as work orders, into a file — see Export data |
| IoT Dashboard | Monitor devices on the IoT Dashboard |
| Demonstration | Run demonstration light effects |
Process permissions — each exists in an all storages and a single storage variant, so a user can be limited to one storage:
