Your account
This page describes your personal settings and where to find system information. It is for all users.
Account page
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and click Account. The Account page shows your name, email address, organization, and license information, and offers these settings:

| Reset my processes | Ends your interrupted processes so you can start fresh — see A process is stuck |
Regional format
The Regional format section sits under Preferences, below Language. It lets you choose how dates, times, and numbers are displayed, independently of the interface language — for example, an English interface with a decimal comma. Each list shows a sample of the format with every option.

| Date format | Same as language, or one of the fixed patterns DD.MM.YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, and YYYY-MM-DD. The list shows each pattern as today's date. |
| Time format | Same as language, 24-hour, or 12-hour |
| Number format | Same as language, Decimal point (1,234.5), Decimal comma (1.234,5), or Decimal comma, space grouping (1 234,5) |
Every option defaults to Same as language, so the formats follow your interface language until you choose otherwise.
To change the regional format:
- Select the formats you want in Date format, Time format, and Number format.
- Click Save. oneGRID saves the formats and reloads the page so that they take effect.

Click your avatar and click Info to see version information and the live status of the oneGRID services. Check this page when oneGRID behaves unexpectedly, before contacting support.
